THE ERAVIKULAM NATIONAL PARK WILL BE CLOSED TO VISITORS FOR TWO MONTHS FROM 2ND FEBRUARY TO 1ST APRIL. DURING THE CALVING SEASON OF NILGIRI TAHR. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels. Hotels retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels . All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

AC Houseboats - AC is operational only from 10 PM to 6AM .( if you require 24 hour AC, it will be charged extra )

About Houseboat in Kerala: The cruise commences at 1230 hrs with lunch served on board and continues till dusk. At dusk the boat will anchor in a wide waterway or lake for the night (The backwaters close to boat traffic at dusk as the fisherman lay their nets in the backwaters. Other boats are not allowed to ply in the backwaters after dusk. On the following day the cruise commences again after breakfast and the guest will be dropped at Alleppey by 0900Hrs. Overnight stay at the House Boat.**Since houseboats are stationed in the bank of the backwater during the night the problem of mosquito and water borne insects do come up hence you are kindly requested to carry mosquito and insect repellent along with you. The choice of food in the houseboat is very limited and mostly basic south Indian meal is served. The quality of the houseboat cannot be compared with the quality of the rooms in the hotel where the guest is staying. The rooms are basic and small. The main concept of the houseboat is to explore the backwater beauty of the region at the closest to the nature.

Confirmation of the Same Hotels is subject to Availability

For Offline Customers Receipt of 50% of the package value in advance , balance before arrival

The payment should be made to Our Company Account ONLY.

Reservation Policy:


1.-Confirmation of Hotel Rooms / House boat is subject to the availability.

2.-Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment i.e..., 50 % of the payment as advance & balance on or before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:


1.-Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 15% retention (For any request of this option please call and take confirmation email of the given commitment before doing payment us.)

2.-Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation :50 % retention

3.-Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation or Non Utilization of the same : 100 % Retention.

4.-There will be no retention charges for Hotel Bookings/Transportation if cancellation is done within 40 days prior to arrival of guests. 

5. 100% retention charges will be applicable on the  Cancellation Policy only during Diwali and Christmas, Newyear & Peak Season Periods for the groups / FIT's.

Terms & Conditions

1.-The above itinerary is suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.

2.-Check in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels.

3.-Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.

4.-Company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.

5.-Dollar rates are applicable only to Foreign nationals & Indians possessing foreign passports, while the INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals.

6.-All the disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.

7.-Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.

KINDLY ENSURE THE PAYMENT BEEN DONE BEFORE CUT OFF DATE, POST WHICH THE-ROOMS SHALL NOT BE HELD AND RECONFIRMATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.-INCONVENIENCE REGRETTED !! .-
